Strengths & Skills
Direct supervisión of 8 Product Specialists, as well as cross monitoring of Work teams in distribution, marketing and sales support. Management and business development of product categories through strategic planning and tactical model design along the supply chain.
- Proven experience developing processes and management strategies in assigned categories, supplier selection, brands and product assortment.
- Ability to manage integrative relationships with suppliers, with focus in win-to-win business models, improving and ensuring the best delivery times, prices, payment conditions and logistics circuits. Key performance indicators analysis and business intelligence models.
- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Business Strategies Management, sales plan, product lifecycle management (PLM), demand planning according to business requirements and continuous monitoring of inventory levels.
