As True Logic HRA Manager, I direct the Human Resource Management function of the business to ensure the delivery of an effective and comprehensive HR and administrative services program to the organization.
My departments are responsible for:
Employee and Labor Relations: managing employee concerns, attendance and timeliness, grievances, sickness, and other employee-related items.
Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Recruitment & Retention: managing talent acquisition and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for all recruitment activities and campaigns
Providing organizational support in terms of Compensation and Benefits Administration
Policies & Procedures: creation or revision and the implementation and reinforcement of HR policies, procedures and processes
Crafting of business, office, and people solutions
Managing HRA budgets
