Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in tax and accounting for small business owners. Jennifer also brings a background in yoga, natural health and meditation in addition to business skills, providing a new level of possibilities to the coaching experience.

In 2003, Jennifer completed her first marathon, the Whistlestop in Ashland, Wisconsin.  She continues to race frequently, all distances from a 5K to 1/2 marathons.

A 200 hour registered yoga teacher, Jennifer teaches several classes per week from her studio located at 601 East 5th Street, Winona, MN.

Jennifer has taken a variety of classes and attended many workshops on natural health topics, yoga, meditation and personal development.
