1. The Kitchen Training is responsible to the Head Cook/Kitchen
2. Wash, peel, and cut various foods , such as fruits and vegetables , to
     prepare for cooking or serving.
3. Prepare a variety of foods ,  Such as meats , vegetables , desserts ,
    according to customers ' orders or supervisors ' instructions , following
    approved procedures .
4. Make special dressings and sauces as condiments for sandwiches .
5. Keep records of the quantities of food used.
6. Receive and s tore food supplies , equipment, and utensils in
     refrigerators , cupboards , and other storage areas .

7. Mop or sweep the kitchen floor, and collecting dirt and debris in a
8. help other kitchen staff whenever necessary

Food & Beverage
1)Greeting customers , escorting them to seats , taking food and drink
orders , and serving food and beverages
2)Answer questions regarding the hotel services , explaining menu items
and specials , and offering personal attentive treatment.
3)Co-coordinating with team workers to plan events , parties etc.
1)Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and appearance of the hotel
Servicing and maintaining the guest rooms and replenishing stock as and
when needed.
2)Providing service items to guest rooms upon requests from the guests.
Food Production
1)Preparation of simple food items like vegetable preparation, salads ,
cold starters etc.

2)Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.

3)Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.

4) Keep the work area fresh all through the shift.

5)Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately.

6)Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
