- Prepare the overall vision for the Revenue Optimisation Programme(5 years) and manage the portfolio of Pricing projects.
- Improve overall revenue by developing pricing capabilities and sup-porting Maersk Line's digitalisation strategy
- Standardise global business processes and develop digitalisation strategy for the largest customer segment (Freight Forwarders).
- Creating a 5-year vision for Revenue Optimisation and getting top management approval for the Programme.
- Leading a team to deliver in a complex environment with many unknown elements and constantly changing requirements.
- Creating ambassadors for improving internal pricing capabilities through stakeholder engagement and prototypes to the business.
- Closing local support functions to prepare for future online business.
- Developed my leadership skills as I had a low performing team member.
