Duties as part of CS team
A. Pre Order BC 1.1 - forward flat file, BC 1.1 (Outward manifest), etc (All documents from Shipping line) + Surat Permohonan to Port terminal - Follow up by Priok Ops team.
B. Service Order BC 1.2 - forward BL (Bill of Lading based on vessel & terminal operator from consignee; plus another supporting files/ docs for Customs, Port terminal - follow up by Priok ops team in Priok area. (As Person In Charge in 2013 - 2014)
C. Support billing team, input & print Service Order from System for release SP2, extend and Import Delivery (to consignee) etc
D. Service Order Customs Behandle per BL/ consignee for Red Line category. Print Behandle Slips
E. Service Order Quarantine Inspection as consignee request ( Inspection by Indonesia Agriculture Quarantine Agency ( Plant/ Animal ) and Print Slips
- Non TPP; Monitor In & Out containers.
- Warehouses; Monitor In & Out goods, delivery and report to consignee.
- LCL; Monitor Import LCL container from Stripping to Empty container return.
- Export; Collect DO, PEB & NPE from shipper/ exporter input in system, Communication 3 ways with Shipping Line and Shipper/ exporter, Receive Flat File from Shipping Line, Submit Manifest until SP3B, monitor until Stack in Priok CY (As Person In Charge in 2013 - 2016)
MAIN DUTIES as Domestic (2014 - Present)
- Domestic; Receive booking Domestic cargoes via Train, Order to Train operator for equipment and space, Monitor from stuffing until delivery to consignee, Recap until report for customers, internal and Finance.
- Emplacement; As CDP's Person In Charge; Operator for all Train process in CDP's station.
- Intersuler Shipment; As CDP's Person In Charge; Receive booking Domestic cargoes via Domestic vessel.
