A generalist end-to-end role by managing a full range of HR activities throughout the employment cycle, reward, and recognition in a labor-intensive operation.
-Implement all personnel administration of employees
-Enhancing the communication between the management and the
employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related
to their job and rights.
-Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations
affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor
-Work on updating and following up the employees " Vacations and Leaves ".
-Issuing HR letters & Experience letters for all levels.
-Responsible for all the cases with the bank that we are dealing with.
-I work on part of the budgetary adjust with the direct manager since signing
the contract with the employees and entering them on our system till they got
the approval and got an ID# number .
-Update all the employees Information on the system.
-Responsible for the database of the company in adding and updating any
details or resumes .
-Follow up on the hiring date, salary and invoice preparation of selected
