Provide leadership and support for quality control and telemarketing team activites, monitoring and arrange the strategy for efficiencies. Perform job-related improvement included marketing program or potential data development for increase of target achieving. Monitoring quality of insurance in the activities of VRS (Voice Recording) by telesales team.
Provide training for the team according to Standars Operational Prochedure for QC (Quality Control) team and Telesales, and to optimize the team abilities, and submit KPI for QC and Telesales Team.
- Implemented efficient time management to meet target achieving.
- Provide regular reports on the quality and quantity job monitoring of the team.
