·Attend the developer LAB for Latin-American developers

·Coordinate support activities for the WEB application support team. Four people in my department.

·Support in approximately 20 applications of operations and support to monitoring of CANTV Network using several arquitectures application and programming languages.

·I was member of the ISO 900 certification Team of Monitoring team of CANTV.NET. I developed the 7th point about design of products. was the first Latin-American company in obtain this certification.

·I developed a web interface to connect the trouble ticket system implemented in remedy system with a web system all the system was implemented with PERL cgi’sand the module ARS-Perl.
