Managed project teams with size of 4, 5 engineers and budget of up to 200,000 €

·Led the effort to standardize characterization methods for solar cell wafer and abrasive SiC – Diamond powders: Bekaert invested about 1,000,000 € in a characterization lab based on this work and given advice.

·Directed project ‘Cost-cutting possibilities for water pressure vessels production’: Bekaert reorganized water pressure vessels manufacturing sites in Spain and the US based on this output.

·Conducted technical feasibility study in preliminary assessment of a new market development for fixed-abrasive wire. Subsequently a development project was initiated.

·Performed technical/market entry feasibility study for composite railway sleepers and steel rope used in industrial fishing

·Evaluated market size and performed scenario analysis for geographical expansion of Bekaert in the Middle East
