Plan, schedules and coordinate work operations.  Select, train, motivate and evaluate staff to maximize professional development and productivity.  Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling program operations and activities. Assist with the delivery of the infrastructure improvement program by providing technical and administrative guidance to project management team.  Responsible of maintaining up-to-date status of all projects,including measuring and monitoring project progress to ensure milestone, and to ensure all the commitments, coordinations and schedules all parties are on target. Ensure all the completed projects are closed out according to the standard.


Supervisory Civil Engineer

Selected to serve as an assistant program manager for team four of infrastructure project management administration. Work with engineers and all aspects of moving projects through planning design procurement, construction and close-out. Direct both DC and consultant team to manage an infrastructure construction project including; plan review, pre- construction activity, quality control, sound construction, partial payment to the contractor and contract closeout. Assess the capacity and capability of our staff to determine which project would be managed by DC staff.


Area Engineer

Responsible for planning directing supervising and coordinating sight engineering, quality control and utility work of upgrading section. Supervised a fast paced paving city-wide paving restoration project of 20 million which surpassed the expected number of paved blocks. Supervised staff of engineers and technicians in managing projects. Participated in the obligation process for budget and planning purpose. Estimated the production capabilities of unit in relations to a long range work load for planning and budget needs.


Senior Project Engineer

Selected to serve as a project engineer for complex highway construction projects. Worked with a team of inspectors in all aspects of construction management including; pre-construction activities, construction phase, quality assurance and contract close-out. Proven record in completion of all projects on time and under-budget. Performing extensive inter-phase with public and contractors. Coordinated all the activities for public relations.
