Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.* Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.* Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.* Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services. * Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.* Perform creation of new accounts using company provide software tools.
Customer service representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services. They also handle and resolve customer's complaints. Some customer service representatives assist individuals interested in opening accounts for various for their console and online account on Xbox Live.Customer service representatives also may explain how to use equipment and solve any equipment problems. Others explain to users how to navigate an Internet site.
Responsible for analyzing the financial informations instructions from the client and preparing the job to flow to the production, ready for editing; typesetting and coding/editing financial documents based on clients specifications and/or special instructions; and closing out a job after insuring that all of the tasks listed on the financial information have been completed, the quality check is complete, and the job is in every respect ready to deliver to the client.
Working with customers over the phone, and at their off-site locations, to answer questions, train new users, identify and resolve technical problems, and provide implementation assistance.
