  • Manage all the tagging of new items when created from each project.
  • Update information document from Contractor for each project. Come to their office if necessary.
  • Control all document in TD for all project use INDRA system and EIMS.
  • Secretary administration, handling business trip ( Hotel, ticket, visa, permit and business report. )
  • Scheduling rotation all Engineering for work in DSLNG Japan and DSLNG Site from rotation date, ticket, hotel, visa.
  • Settle all expenses business and patty cash.
  • Settle invoice for ticket trip, consultant for TD or any expenses.
  • Handling 50 person Technical Apprentice things from ticket, hotel, rotation schedule, medical, etc.
  • Create document controller system for all document project who related with Operation team.
  • Update the Master Operation and Marine Document List, report every week the status and numbering the document. Draft template to follow, make up all document, check the typo, font, template, update the completation Date, update if any review from TD, upload new status to INDRA for Operation Manual.
