Vice President, Business and Production Technology
Direct and lead all technology planning, budgeting, and operations for $300 million, 650 employees Global Production and Manufacturing Services (GPMS) organization. Hold decision authority over all technology spending. Organizational responsibility for 70 technology professionals across 6 locations. Report to Sr. Vice President - GPMS. Responsible for directly managing $10 million annual technology budget with indirect responsibility for another $5 million spend on automation and technology. Report to Sr. Vice President - GPMS.
·Overhauled business systems program bringing it into alignment with the organization goal directly leading to $20 million dollar saving for the organization. Satisfaction rating score for the program increased by over 50 % over a period of 12 months.
·Transitioned Enterprise Content Management Systems to Service Oriented approach providing higher ROI and reducing capital spend by $2.8 million
·Improved governance on operational spend leading to $1.5 million saving by prioritizing projects and use of shared resources across projects
