- Mail Clients configuration backup &Troubleshooting (MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live mail)
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
- Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
- Manage Antivirus (Symantec endpoint protection)
- Inventory management. (Using asset management tools)
- Manage and restore user backup trough network backup, Local backup, Ghost backup
- Responsible for configuration of Wi-Fi, VPN, Remote Connection, Enterprise Mail & security setting on IOS and Android
