Increasing customer loyalty database through rewards program with communication on offers & promotions.
Targeting the corporate sector through festive gifting by the brand's gift card program.
Check the brand association with the customer through dipstick surveys.
Post-campaign analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the campaign.
Maintain adherence to the marketing budget on a regular basis ensuring cost efficiency.
