The Assignment involved Maintenance of more than Wipro, HP & HCL based Servers hardware with 2008 and 2003 RHEL 5 OS and 200+ Desktops having Windows XP, Vista Business, Windows 7, and with different types of printers and other peripherals. Maintain database of user’s calls and with resolution time.

2. BREAKFIX/MANAGE SUPPORT (ON SITE & REMOTE OFFICES [NUMALIGARH REFINERY LIMITED, Golaghat india] Duration: June, 2010 – August 2012 Team Size: 4 Role Played: Sr. TEAM LEADER. Skills Used: Server os (server 2008,2003 & RHEL 5) and Desktop os (Windows XP, Vista Business, Windows 7) and With different break fix skills for others peripheral.

The Assignment involved Implementation/Configuration and Maintenance of Windows server 2008,2003,Redhat Server with more than 200 Desktops and laptops having Windows XP professional ,Windows 7 operating system and different type and model of printers and other peripherals additional 50 thinclients (HCL WinBee) having RHEL 5 OS.

The assignment involved in 36 SBI Branches. (approx. 48 Servers (HP,HCL), 400 clients(Desktop) installation & Configuration of Core Banking System based on Windows 2000 & 2003 servers and with DHCP,ADDS configuration, Desktop configuration in various locations/branches of SBI throughout North-East. Project implemented on HCL, Dell and HP based hardware.
