Currently, Antonio is the SAP Hybris global head of Digital Acceleration, which aims to accelerate how strategic customers incubates and launches new digital solutions to market globally. He implements strategy by designing and managing innovation initiatives, designing new digital business models, and building a global ecosystem.   Prior to this role he was the interim global lead of digital customer for SABMiller, one of the world’s leading brewery.

Antonio brings with him a deep international knowledge of innovation and strong experience in the implementation of these initiatives while focusing on digital transformation.

Previous to this, Antonio was the founder of a niche consulting company focused in helping clients to achieve business transformation.

SAP Hybris

SAP Hybris is the Business unit responsible for all of SAP’s customer engagement and commerce business. 

Antonio has the responsibility of managing and driving a small elite team of 8 members in EMEA and expanding globally that helps customers to disrupt their industries digitally changing the rules of the game using SAP Hybris solutions for Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service and Billing. 

The D.A. Team is part of SAP Hybris sales board area working closely with Solution Strategy and reporting directly into EVP for Strategic Customers.

Antonio has conceived and implemented this new team hiring internally and externally; the team is composed by visual designers, digital architects, business analysts, though leaders.

Senior Director Customer Engagement and Commerce - Global Platinum Accounts


Antonio started in SAP as Senior Director in Customer Engagement and Commerce Line of Business. He was responsible to grow software sale revenue for CEC solutions in Platinum Accounts segment (Customers that generate yearly more than 50M revenues for SAP). He focused on the most innovative solutions,  launching two co-innovation projects. 


Interim Digital Customer Programme Lead


Antonio helped SABMiller with the ambition to digitally enhance relationship with consumer (B2C) and customer (B2B). He identified digital priorities, leading the business case. He identified the supporting solutions and providers. Some of the initiatives he led are: "Digital Cold", "Digital Customer Engagement (Social, SMS)", "Smart Ordering", "E-commerce B2B".


Interim Transformation Director

Compagnia Generale Trattori SpA

CGT decided to undertake a transformation journey to adapt to the new challenges that the economic climate imposed. CGT worked with a well known management consulting company to design new processes for the emerging business: service and repairs. Antonio supported already in this phase to design and select the bespoke solution to manage the new/changed processes. He was then asked to continue to support CGT during the crucial phase of the transformation journey. Antonio ensured a consistent design of the solution and was part of the program steering committee.

His assignment was part-time.


Interim Transformation Lead


SABMIller, after few years of companies acquisition, wanted to realize the possible significant synergies within the group of the acquired companies. Antonio was part of the business case team responsible to identify benefits and costs. He was then responsible for the design of the solution for the new global front-office



Accenture SpA

Antonio was an executive in the Business Consulting practice for Accenture. In this role, he acquired Net New Names for consulting job and he led several projects. He was part of the committee for the acquisition of a leading company in Sales Force automation for CP (CAS); and he was leading the account team that made the first multi-million sales of CAS after the acquisition.


Business Development Executive


Served as a key member of the executive team for SAP Services practice charged with formulating strategic direction and devising business development initiatives consistent with overall strategy and targets. Cultivated business partnerships, built a successful pipeline and created new sales opportunities including five new clients. Managed new and existing client projects including complex contract negotiations and liaising with legal counsel as needed. Achieved triple digits grow for the SAP practice.

Antonio served as business consultant working in many innovative projects. Between the others, remarkable are:

  • first B2B E-commerce based on SAP technology in Russia.
  • a PDA based sales force automation tool in Russia. 
  • first Trade Promotions solution in Italy based on SAP
