• ensuring that new and current products, processes and regulations are in compliance with International/Local Payment System Rules (mainly in regard to risk and chargebacks compliance);

• Designed and implemented several programs (ms access+VBA connected via ODBC to Oracle 11g) that replaced ms excel for purposes of storing data and generating of reports. The programs greatly increased the speed of processes of gathering, consolidating and storing data on compromised bank cards, common point of purchases (CPPs),operational indexes of the team and, of course, data on fraudulent transactions and cases generated by fraud-monitoring rules. At the end of my work time I solely administered a schema of 30+ tables.

• Completed an audit of over 50 fraud-monitoring rules (issuing/acquiring) that resulted in more than 35% cut of false/positive alerts without acutally lowering fraud detection ability of the rules. Such audits took place 1-2 times a year before me but I've managed to turn them into an on-going process on the daily/weekly basis. All this measures significantly increased efficiency of the rules and helped employees stay focused and pay more attention to risky situations.
