▪ Adhere to WSB and implementation process and guidance;

▪ Escalate requests based on customers demand or on own judgment and inform stakeholders appropriately about the status and/or blocking point;

▪ Guide, train and support requests with their requests; 

▪ Act as a coordinator for the new and existing customers - creating, updating customer specific procedures, training and guidance related to the customer specifics for the WSB engineer, scheduling the RTP related tasks and resources;

▪ Provide mentoring for the new team members; 

▪ Escalate issues to the project team members, requester and/or other parties engaged in the BTR process as and when required;

▪ Owns the requests and should follow up till formal closure and move to production of the system; 

▪ Creation of documentation, reporting and trend analysis;

▪ Act as a team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts; 

▪ Ensure notifications to requesters are sent on time and follow-ups are happening as required; 

▪ Should be willing to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability, etc.);

▪ Provide recommendations to improve the build process and procedures, and address critical issues and root cause analysis; 

▪ By actively involved in automating and improving the already established WSB processes.
