During 2 years, I worked at 'La vache sur le toit' in Wavre as a bartender and waiter. 
This was my first experience in Hospitality, I learned how to make proper cocktails and beers there!

During 2 years, I worked at the 'Eat Festival' in Brussels as a Lead Bartender. 
I was arranging the inventory for this special event and makes supplies readily available to my team. I was also managing the cash drawers assigned to my team and writing cash register reports. 


Les Apéros du Parc Josaphat

During 1 year, I worked at the 'Apéros' in Brussels as the main bartender. The 'Apéros' was a temporary event which was taking place once a week on Friday. 


Reef Resort Port Douglas - By Rydges

Hotels & Resorts

During 6 months, I worked at the Reef Resort Port Douglas in Australia as the main bartender. I was making coffee during breakfast and lunch then I was covering the happy hour and dinner time, mostly doing cocktails. I was directly responsible of my bar stock, if I was running out of something ,I needed to take care of it and make sure to order it right on time!
