Machinist/Shop Foreman

At G&O mfg. I was the shop foreman over the prototype shop.  I supervised up to 8 individuals and kept up with all activities that occurred in the shop.  We were responsible for taking existing products and implementing changes as per the engineering department.  Job instruction was given via verbal, sketch, and\or blueprint description. I was layed-off from this position due to a 'down-sizing' of the company.
