Process Management Executive:

Beginning without an organizational charter or staff, a two year strategy for generating awareness and support for Business Process Management (BPM) in a decentralized multi-matrix organization was defined.  Key challenges were to initiate & grow relationships with internal business leaders to create and manage a portfolio of process projects that they would define, prioritize, and support.  Our mission is to maximize company-wide process maturity and leverage improvements in end-to-end cycle time, quality, and cost basis to create competitive advantages for long term sustainability and profitability.

  • Cut an internal customer’s staffing 60% by eliminating process waste
  • Key role in massive workflow efficiency project, estimated $40M annual savings

Program Manager:

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer:

Innovation leader for air and hydrogen cooled AC turbo-generator stators and all related stationary components (includes design for cost & design for manufacturability).  Pioneered new design practices, cross-industry innovation, and knowledge management.Progressed through several roles of increasing scope and impact, culminating with a $2M development program to implement radical manufacturing methods to reduce cost, improve process yield and product quality.

CPI was a market leader and pioneer in rapid color photography printing as well as in providing custom services for retail and commercial accounts.

Operations / Site Manager:

Responsible for all sales, operations, product quality, and personnel management.  By improving service visibility for both individual clients and corporate accounts, I increased customer spend and loyalty, achieving profitability at 13 year old location for the first time in its history.
