A restaurant professional with nearly two decades of experience in New York State, Anthony Courcy serves as the restaurant general manager and training coach for KFC Restaurants in the city of Clay. He joined KFC in 2014 as a general manager and quickly received promotion to his current position. Now, Anthony Courcy oversees daily operations for 15 stores, provides training to restaurant staff, and ensures scheduling efficiency.
Before joining KFC, Anthony Courcy spent several years in Fayetteville, New York, as the store manager and director of operations for Koinonia Organic Juice Bar and Cafe. Prior to this position, he served as restaurant manager at Hilton Hotels in East Syracuse, and as restaurant manager for Ruby Tuesday. He earned his degree in hotel and restaurant management from Paul Smith’s College in Saranac Lake.
Having competed in many bodybuilding and weightlifting events with NYS, Anthony Courcy has also become an expert-rated NYS personal trainer and nutritionist. Although he no longer competes, he still enjoys coaching young kids in these sports.
