Anthony Callura displayed honor and patriotism as a member of the United States Marine Corps, serving for six years in the 8th Tank Battalion, one of two such units in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Having learned the value of teamwork and principles of leadership while in the service, he transferred those skills and abilities to civilian life as the head of Sales and Operations Departments in the construction supply trade. Upon discharge from the Marines, Anthony Callura leveraged his experience into a role as a Division Manager for Keystone Builders Supply, an affiliate of Allied Building Products Corp. Located in Cicero, New York, Keystone enjoyed increased sales and profits under Anthony Callura’s leadership. His responsibilities included guiding Sales and Operations with the aim of facilitating increased performance throughout the organization. Through his efforts, the company received recognition from the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce as an Economic Champion, buoyed by the 15% to 20% annual growth in gross profits he engineered.

Anthony Callura combined his six years of service in the Marines with the nearly eight years of employment at Keystone to hone his natural leadership skills with relevant real-world experience. As a result, White Cap Construction Supply, Inc., offered him a position in the Kansas City, Missouri, area in 2006 as the District Manager of Sales and Operations, a role he fulfills to this day. Charged again with profit-and-loss oversight, Anthony Callura continually updates and expands his strategies to coach employees, drive sales, and add efficiency to the operational strengths of the company. Since arriving, earnings in his district increased each year, led by the Concrete Accessories Division’s annual 25% increase in sales.
