Jointly manage a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts, including companies in the Electronic and Print Media, Flour and Rice Mills, Poultry, Hotel/Tourism industries. Lead and developed direct reports - Account Officers (2), Administrative Assistant. Developed competitive and profitable financing proposals in accordance with Bank's credit policies and return on equity requirements. Facilitate business development activities to achieve defined team targets across a wide range of products including corporate loans, mortgages, trade finance and merchant acquisition facilities.
Administered a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors. Analysed financial statements, including cash flow and revenue projection in the process of reviewing credit applications. Monitor loan portfolio for revenue deficiencies and breaches in borrowing covenants, providing corrective recommendations, when necessary.

Appointed by the Managing Director to lead an organisational review and restructuring exercise for Methanex Trinidad Limited, in the face of declining oil and gas prices, volatile commodity price and gas curtailment challenges in the mid-stream and down-stream sectors in Trinidad.
This vision was for a more integrated, collaborative approach to operating, through re-assessment of strategic objectives, facilitating departmental gap assessment exercises, advising on structural design and possible implications, developing business case and securing approval, partnering with Site Management Team (SMT) in managing the transition, coordinating the HR-related activities – updating of position descriptions, job evaluations, appointment letters, advising on employee relations/industrial relations issues including retrenchment and severance options, developing and executing Technical Authority workshops/leadership support – for newly appointed leaders and defining sustainable actions in support post-change within business.
Whilst the initial timeframe for delivery was extended by two months, it allowed additional time to support due diligence and incorporate on-going feedback. The result was a successful go-live on September 1, 2015, a greater understanding by employee population regarding the rationale behind the change and right-sizing without any legal implications/fall-out.

Initially earmarked as an initiative emanating from the Manufacturing segment, through undertaking business needs analysis, I advanced the recommendation to expand across all teams. The programme’s mandate: support Supervisor’s transition to a Leadership role. I worked closely with the selected supplier in developing four (4) modules with a foundation for self-reflection and active-learning and engaged Site Management Team in securing support for the initiative throughout. Notwithstanding several business challenges, we were able to host approximately thirty-eight (38) members of the Leadership Forum, over two (2) years.
Through utilisation of global Learning and Development network and participation on the global leadership project, I was able to maintain alignment to the corporation's overarching work on leadership competencies and talent management. The programme is being sustained through several arteries: quarterly Leadership Forum meetings, MMT Leadership meetings, on-going coaching interventions and the global Courageous Leadership Programme.

Led the Public Affairs sponsored programme, through re-design, to incorporate psycho-social assessments, modified curriculum development, accountability to the corporation. As a result, we have expanded the number of schools to five (5), increased the number of Mentor to twenty-five (25) persons and received industry recognition, having been recently awarded Best Social Investment Project by the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (2014).
My involvement in this programme was an attempt to provide an alternative leadership development channel for employees, whilst further attesting to Methanex’s commitment to the Corporate Social Responsibility, a pillar of its Responsible Care ethic.
