Handle day-to-day operations of the church including communications (email, phone, social media, website, etc).

Keep inventory of church operations and functions including children’s and youth materials, office supplies and service elements.

Manage sensitive financial information for the church and its members and handle deposits of tithes and gifts.

Orchestrate social media outlets for marketing and communication efforts for the church’s reoccurring and special events.

Provide IT support for staff and volunteers; Research and implement new technologies as seen fit for more user-friendly equipment, efficient productivity, and clearer communication.

Website upkeep (Wordpress), Domain name management (through Bluehost, Network Solutions) and email management (through Gmail).

Perform HR type duties with structuring new hire employee documentation, payroll and tax set up and assistance, and year end and quarterly reports and forms (W-2’s, 1099’s, W-3, 941, etc).

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook), and with Quickbooks for accounting and budget generating and forecasting.

Fluency with Apple OS and functionality (primary computer system) as well as thorough knowledge with PC based OS (prior and back up system).

Keep records and filing of church business.

Act as liaison between church and various businesses and professionals (property manager, financial/investment manager, contractors and engineers, local public entities and government officials, insurance reps, attorneys, denominational district members, etc.).

Perform a wide variety of other clerical and administrative functions as needed by the church.

Work closely with Senior Pastor, church Board of Directors, Treasurer and Elders with implementing and delegating out the vision and direction of the churches mission.

Select and orchestrate music for worship each weekend.

Recruit and train musicians.

Responsible for multiple departments and oversight of volunteers in each area. Coordinate recruitment, training and scheduling of 20+ volunteers.

Assist in spiritual development of worship team.

Have a full understanding of sound system, lighting controllers, mixer, EQ and outboard effects unit, media software, etc.

Responsible for the purchase and repair of equipment, gear, cables, etc.

Electrical Technician/Administration Assistant

Sound Research

Assist the design and implementation of new speaker design for existing clientele (i.e. HP, Asus, Intel, Beats Audio, Kinyo, etc.) and for future customers.

Assemble, wire, test and troubleshoot speaker prototypes for optimum performance and functionality.

Thorough knowledge of testing equipment such as multi-meters, FFT’s, various frequency analyzers, oscillators, equalizers, compressors/gate limiters, etc.

Soldering skills; Ability to make audio cables, power supplies (AC/DC), filters (using passive components – Capacitors, Resistors, Inductors, etc.)

Perform Administrative duties such as payroll help for contractors, process invoices, point of contact for various servicemen, contractors and various business relations who deal with Sound Research Corp., Sound Research Associates, and Sonic Focus.

Act as personal assistant for Tom Paddock (CEO of Sound Research Corp.) which includes handling travel arrangements, vehicle and other motorized or engine run machines -registration, paperwork, storage and maintenance-, dry cleaning, home maintenance and organization.

Responsible for organization, new ordering and replenishing of Sound Research inventory which consists of tens of thousands of parts including electrical components (diodes, capacitors, resistors, inductors, connectors, rectifiers, regulators, potentiometers, terminals) pcb boards, wiring and cables, power supplies, computer parts (Ethernet, modems, hard drives, computer towers, laptops, all-in-ones, monitors, fans, ribbon cables, Usb/firewire, vga,dvi, hdmi, rs232 cables), fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, washers), tools, various materials needed for the company.
