Tahoe Forest Church
Handle day-to-day operations of the church including communications (email, phone, social media, website, etc).
Keep inventory of church operations and functions including children’s and youth materials, office supplies and service elements.
Manage sensitive financial information for the church and its members and handle deposits of tithes and gifts.
Orchestrate social media outlets for marketing and communication efforts for the church’s reoccurring and special events.
Provide IT support for staff and volunteers; Research and implement new technologies as seen fit for more user-friendly equipment, efficient productivity, and clearer communication.
Website upkeep (Wordpress), Domain name management (through Bluehost, Network Solutions) and email management (through Gmail).
Perform HR type duties with structuring new hire employee documentation, payroll and tax set up and assistance, and year end and quarterly reports and forms (W-2’s, 1099’s, W-3, 941, etc).
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook), and with Quickbooks for accounting and budget generating and forecasting.
Fluency with Apple OS and functionality (primary computer system) as well as thorough knowledge with PC based OS (prior and back up system).
Keep records and filing of church business.
Act as liaison between church and various businesses and professionals (property manager, financial/investment manager, contractors and engineers, local public entities and government officials, insurance reps, attorneys, denominational district members, etc.).
Perform a wide variety of other clerical and administrative functions as needed by the church.
Work closely with Senior Pastor, church Board of Directors, Treasurer and Elders with implementing and delegating out the vision and direction of the churches mission.
