KEEP Program Analyst

Performs all coordination aspects for the KEEP Program - a collaborative pilot with the Oregon Social Learning Center and Options Counseling. Provides consultation regarding a foster parent support group network in Multnomah and Washington Counties. Performs outreach with a wide variety of internal and external parties. Provides presentations to foster parents and professionals working in the field in order to build capacity for the program. Performs foster parent enrollment and coordination with partner organizations. Collects and analyzes foster care data, creates control group to measure program efficacy. Participates in foster provider retention and outreach work groups. Builds collaboration and enhances community voice within the fostering community through foster parent advisories.

LIFE Program Coordinator

Coordinated all aspects of the LIFE program, a collaborative research pilot program with Portland State University which provides additional consultation, services and support to high-needs child welfare cases. Participated in staffings, engaged in relative search and contact, coordinated meetings, performed extensive writing, editing and data tracking, and participated in cooperative efforts to diminish prolonged involvement in the foster care system. Worked with a range of supervisors, caseworkers, meeting facilitators, service providers, legal parties and the public.
