Sole project manager working with clients from the US and UK, coming from various industries for the sale of custom mascot costumes, plush toys and mascot merchandises. The monitoring of workflow and sales results through a CRM led to my initiative to redefine processes by improving and developing sales material templates on LibreOffice, in addition to drafting personalized post-purchase communication newsletters .
Reviewing and screening candidates for job openings in addition to clearing a five years filing backlog increased productivity in the Talent Acquisition team. With the use of PeopleSoft, extra duty time, leave and acting requests were timely calculated and processed, leading to praise by senior managers. By building disciplinary and work injury cases, it sped up the Labour Relations Advisor's mediation and arbitration preparation process.
By developing archetype branding strategies for clients in a start-up phase, it lead to defining company personality, purpose, goals and values. Participation in the optimization of the company and client's marketing strategies helped contribute to building and maximizing relationships with internal and external players. The implementation of French and English editorial timelines increased traffic volume on the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
With the effective uses of eCommerce platform Magento SEO, my recommendations towards website content development and online promotions, subsequent to the analysis of the company's MailChimp social reports, helped increase web traffic volume. By writing and editing compelling content on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram), it aided in the expansion of the company's online community.
Wrote and translated Federal newsletters to advocate the values and benefits of bilingualism, which helped raise awareness among civil servants. Efficient analyses and reviews of employees' yearly performance evaluation reports helped clear a two years backlog. By writing and managing all requests pertaining to acting appointments and the Ministry's organizational chart, it enhanced workflow productivity.
