My name is Anson and I am 38 years old, I married and I have two children, my personality is lively and outgoing, from childhood I have been a pistachios of group.

I graduated from high school is New Taipei Municipal New Taipei Industrial Vocational High School, I majored in automobile department, so I have a basic understanding of the engine of the vehicle. After I graduated and I opt for voluntary enlistment as a professional soldier because my family's economic not very good.  I served in the Taiwan's Navy for three years , I was in the Navy ship's auxiliary group, the group responsible for the auxiliary diesel generator, air conditioning,  high-pressure and low-pressure machine, desalination system, etc. My work is to repair and regular maintenance, so I'm a considerable degree of understanding of the engine and air-conditioning systems, while on the operating manual and maintenance manual is in English, so I started to learn English, because I think it is very important to learn English.

When I retired from the Taiwam's Navy and I worked in FELICITY SCIENTIFIC CO.,LTD. This is my first job and my job is service engineers. FELICITY SCIENTIFIC CO., LTD main products is engine test equipment or vehicle test equipment. For example the heat group and vehicle group of university, as well as CPC'S oil field test center, car factory and motorcycle factory all are the main customers. My work included installation of equipment and training customer how to operation of the product. Sometimes I need to do simple drawing and the development of the company's products catalog layout and then I turned the sales assistant manager and my work included marketing products and installation. Sometimes I have to look for cooperation partners abroad, so it needs to foreign exhibitors and sell the company's products. I learn a lot of mechanical and software knowledge from FELICITY SCIENTIFIC CO., LTD and also learn the importance of business sales and professional knowledge of phases coexist.

In 2007, I entered the electronics industry through a friend introduced and the first company is EMI STOP CO., LTD. This company is a Taiwanese company, which sells products for EMI Spring, Shielding Case, SMT Nuts, connectors and other products. The main customers are Taiwanese electronics factory, as like Quanta, Foxconn, Wistron, Inventec, Compal and Pegatron. There are some further brands as like Asus, Acer, APPLE and other famous customers. Customer base is very stable, I began to start from the business sales staff, then a year and a half I was promoted to Director of Operations, and then three and a half promotion to sales assistant manager. I was responsible for sales of computers and computer peripheral customers, I manage the number was for six people. I regularly have to travel to China to meet customer audit and business expansion. I am responsible for the amount of sales per year in about 200 million NTD.

In 2013, I came LONGMA (HK) CO., LTD via Headhunter's referral and my job is marketing and sales operations in Taiwan. LongMa's main product is stamped metal, connectors, FPC, and other products. LongMa's customers in Taiwan can be said to start from scratch and after two years and four months of development there are Chicony, IAC, Askey and other customers in the transaction, then there is also continuing to promote ASUS, Wistron, Delta and other customers. 2015 results estimated 800 to 10 million Taiwan dollars, is expected to grow more than doubled in 2016, with the exception to develop Taiwan's business and regularly travel to China to development new customer with China's sales team.

I am a pragmatic effort and responsibility person, I always go all out to work, and I have high EQ, I believe that the current environment is required team work. If the individual's emotional not control well and will affect the operation of the entire company, so I have good experience for interdepartmental coordinate. As well with also deal with customers confident, there are also willing to try new things. I was selling stamped metal products. I was selling stamped metal products before but I still take the initiative in contact electronics products, and successfully sold out. I think there is nothing i can not sell of the product, as long as you are willing to accept new things.
