The allergen Management project in Cargill Mouscron is an initiative to find the probability of all possible peanut and nut cross contamination in already nut restricted zone. Step by step all the possibilities were found by risk assessment and with the help of an action plan various actions will be taken to remove the possibility of cross contamination. The project is under process.
