Summary

My mission is to bring value to Companies, helping them in changing IT systems, by the set up of collaborative teams, and by the effective management of projects.

I started my career in Accenture where I have worked for 11 years (banking area). Then, after other 3 years as a consultant, I enlarged my competence as a Line Manager for a Swiss Private Bank. Later I moved back to consultancy and 1 year and half I came back to a bank: BPS (SUISSE).

I am strongly focused on the delivery of value and I put passion in my work with a can-do attitude and a servant leadership approach.

Web development team re foundation - Cornèr Banca (Jan 2010 - Dec 2012)

The Web and mobile development team was composed by 25 people: when I got the leading responsibility, the Bank was experiencing a lack of alignment with business / IT initiatives and a poor quality of the software deployed. At the end, working on People, Assets, Tools and Processes, I improved:

  • the team ability to answer to Business requests
    • all new studies were completed in the first month after request;
    • Time To Market  reduction by 50%;
    • Cost reduction by 30%.
  • the overall quality of the software
    • Deployment failures / problems from 60% to 11%
    • Greater business stakeholders satisfaction

Replatorming of the Bank System - Cornèr Banca (Apr 2007 - Sep 2007)

The Bank decided to achieve a cost reduction rewriting the banking system in order to run on linux servers and the dismission of the mainframe. I was responsible for:

  • Defining the application target
  • Defining and analyzing the scope
  • Develop the final estimation
  • Develop the final master plan

The scope was composed by more then 4'000 objects (screen maps, batch and online programs, batch and online reports).

In a six month project I had been able to provide overall costs and a suggested master plan.
