- Compile and maintain personnel files in compliance with privacy legislation
- Calculate statutory holiday pay for hourly employees
- Responsible for bi-weekly payroll
- Process payroll for 3000 employees
- Manage multi-provincial and unionised payroll
- Calculate employee earnings
- Process new hire documents and set-up into ADP PCW soft ware
