- Ford Motor Company/ Visteon- Many hours of intense in-house training classes at the Ford Fairlane Center in Michigan for TPM, Lean Manufacturing (The Ford Production System), Learning Organization and Integrated Manufacturing Teams.  Attended many Best Practice Conferences (Guest Speaker Productivity Inc.) for Work Teams, TPM and Lean Manufacturing/Management. 

- Wyeth-NovaManage for Engineering Specifications, ISOtrain and the 5785 process. SAP and SRM as well as many SOPs. Began Red Belt Certification Training and passed 2 of 4 exams (100%).

Completed  Leadership Priorities and served as the Documentum e-Room Administrator.

Attended Civil Treatment training and Capital Project Management Process (CPMP) classes. Completed yearly cGMP certification.

- Jones Lang LaSalleMerckAccount-  Marshall Institute, Planning and Scheduling. Engineer's Safety Orientation, Radiation/Biosafety, 26 classes/assessments for working safely within the Merck manufacturing environment (A yearly re-certification of those classes). SOPs, cGMP, Maximo (CMMS).

This included scheduling with line supervisors for all maintenance plans.   - Created the First UAW Integrated Manufacturing Team in North America.  - First Coordinator to drive team achievement reaching milestone checkpoint of the Ford Production System. Summary

Currently supporting Jones Lang LaSalle, Americas Inc. planniing and scheduling integrated facilities management function for the Merck Pharmaceuticals account in West Point, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include assisting the Chief Engineer in various duties and projects as well as day to day administrative tasks for scheduling maintenance Work Orders placed throughout the West Point Merck site.

Key role in the overall implementation of Production Work Teams and Ford Motor Company's Total Preventative Maintenance Process as well as the Ford Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Cellular Manufacturing and Integrated Manufacturing Teams. The combination of all the aforementioned was a roadmap to creating a lean enterprise of which TPM was a major part. There was extensive documentation involved from single point lessons to entire team whiteboards that documented the three shift's operations including OEE, FTT, BTS, DTD, and other production measureables.

Lead TPM and Production Systems Coordinator for a 3 shift operation of over 1,500 hourly employees, Salary Operation Team Leaders, Managers and the Plant Manager.

Within Johnson and Johnson (Centocor) as well as Wyeth, responsibilities included the generation of information in Documentum, E-room as well as managing engineering specifications and documentation in NovaManage (Document Control System) for the labeling department. Extensive experience with cGMP and SOPs. Also managed the change control of labeling through the 5785 process and use of data base for the labeling department.
