• Coordinate with client representatives to understand their needs and to ensure the work schedule takes account of the downtime windows negotiated with clients, where necessary
• Create and publish weekly work schedules and make them available to team members and client representatives when requested
• Working knowledge of HVAC Building Automation Systems (BAS), Calibrations, Life Safety Systems, Mechanical Maintenance (Millwright), CMMS (MAXIMO) and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. 
• 6.5 years experience with planning and scheduling of maintenance activities with adequate trade knowledge to set priorities, estimate labor hours and materials.
• Interact with all levels of the organization and outside contractors, architects, and engineers

Lead TPM and Production Systems Coordinator for a 3 shift operation of over 1,500 hourly employees, Salary Operation Team Leaders, Managers and the Plant Manager. Played key role in the overall implementation of Production Work Teams and Ford Motor Company's Total Preventative Maintenance Process as well as the Ford Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Cellular Manufacturing and Integrated Manufacturing Teams. The combination of all the aforementioned was a roadmap to creating a lean enterprise of which TPM was a major part. There was extensive documentation involved from single point lessons to entire team whiteboards that documented the three shift operations including OEE, FTT, BTS, DTD, and other business measurable.
