Project Lead for execution of Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Process for Cold Chain Engineering Group
Lead TPM and Production Systems Coordinator for a 3 shift operation of over 1,500 hourly employees, Salary Operation Team Leaders, Managers and the Plant Manager. Played key role in the overall implementation of Production Work Teams and Ford Motor Company's Total Preventative Maintenance Process as well as the Ford Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Cellular Manufacturing and Integrated Manufacturing Teams. The combination of all the aforementioned was a roadmap to creating a lean enterprise of which TPM was a major part. There was extensive documentation involved from single point lessons to entire team whiteboards that documented the three shift operations including OEE, FTT, BTS, DTD, and other business measurable.
