First Minnesota employee hired on the grand opening for Knott’s Camp Snoopy. Developed and implemented marketing, promotions and event strategies. Served as public relations and media spokesperson, represented the Mall at national and international media blitzes and tours. Managed crisis communications and community relations plans. Established licensing program and approval processes and worked directly with Charles Schultz and Creative Associates. Designed the organizational alignment for the group sales department including developing processes and plans, hired and managed sales staff and designed sales materials. Designed grand opening promotional, marketing, collateral materials.

As a former business consultant in the employee engagement practice at Carlson Marketing she designed corporate wellness & innovation solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. She spent 10 years directing marketing at Lifetouch Portrait Studios & Anne was the first MN employee on the Knott's Camp Snoopy project at Mall of America.  She was proud to give the first tour of the Park to Charles Schulz. Previously, Anne spent 10 years in sales and marketing at Valleyfair.

Anne is an inventor of a patented employee pedometer, a line of jewelry called Lovitude ( and a certified Nordic Walking instructor.  Anne holds a Master of Arts in Human Development, Transformational Leadership and Holistic Health and Wellness from St. Mary's University.
