Executive HR Assistant / Digital Media Manager
Support Human Resources SVP and HR Business Partner team, providing overall project assistance, train on key administrative processes and HR initiatives, recruiting/interviewing and manage division communications. Coordinate multiple activities, liaised with senior executive offices across all lines of business. Plan and direct arrangements for executive meetings/offsites, coordinate logistics, distribute communications, set-up multi-point video and executive technical support for all events, including management of corporate Human Resources Summit and Hack-A-Thons. Coordinate domestic travel, inclusive of flights, hotels and executive sedan service. Process expenses and reconciliation of corporate credit cards and verification of payments posted against accounts. Maintained HR department records, compiled data and developed metrics (i.e. pivot tables), policy and procedure guidance, served as associate champion to identify resources for resolution of issues and concerns, associate mentor on HR self-service applications and systems, support in functional areas of HR and BAU projects. Lead digital media manager for HR department intranet, monitor enterprise social media community, model positive online behavior, graphic design and web content development.
