Executive Director of Marketing
Direct and oversee the company’s marketing policies, objectives and initiatives for 4 key business units including Ringside, Combat Sports International, Fight Gear and Everlast. Identifies, evaluates and develops new market and product opportunities. Establish corporate marketing strategies and initiate implementation of marketing plan. Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts the marketing plan accordingly. Responsible for leading marketing team to achieve all marketing objectives. Oversee all areas of marketing and recommend marketing mix, including direct mail, e-commerce, advertising, promotional campaigns, endorsements and sponsors, packaging, website media and PR activities, event planning and trade show coordination. Evaluate market research to determine prospective target market and product competition. Participate as a team member on new product review and selection and provide specific market information relating to competitive products, services, prices, and methods of distribution. Develop and execute business plans and budgets for the Sales and Marketing departments. Develop and implement marketing programs that are in alignment with annual business plan.
