Ø   Researched, wrote and led implementation of 2 grants one of which was the largest on record for the organization ($750,000).  The second was received, in part, due to the high return on investment the with first grant.  The sum total of both was $900,000.

Ø   Doubled the number of trained volunteers which were essential to daily operations.

Ø   Developed communication tools and manuals to introduce structure and increase efficiency while not sacrificing effectiveness.

Missouri Catholic Conference

Ø   One of 4 lobbyists representing the Catholic Church for the State of Missouri (last 4 years with the MCC).

Ø   Testified on behalf of the MCC before Missouri House and Senate Committees.

Ø   Coalesced with other organizations to build support on issues we had in common.

Ø   Researched issues and helped craft legislative proposals and testimony.

Ø   Generated funding for a special project that outweighed any kind of similar effort in the Conference's history and was noted as such in a recent publication commemorating the Conference's work over the last 40 years.

Ø   Created a sophisticated grassroots field structure which was unmatched in the State Capitol.
