Beat a $4M cost reduction target by eliminating $6.5M in Operational expenses.

Exceptional at change management; led the strategic planning, coordination and documentation of a 50% staff reduction from 800 people to 400, saving $12.5M, and another saving an additional $4.7M. 

Redistributed 1,200 accounts to 45 Sales Reps from an enterprise to a regional model. Also reduced contract queue 240% and unsigned contracts by 82%.

Built a workshop that improved profits by $2M within 4 months.

Our mission
Sleepyhead Beds improves the quality of life for children and their families by providing clean, recycled beds and bedding. And we contribute to the health and environment of our community by sanitizing beds and keeping them out of landfills.

What we do
Since 2010, Sleepyhead Beds has delivered over 5000 donated, gently used, and recycled beds to Kansas City metro area children in need of a comfortable place to sleep. That has given Kansas City children over 3 million restful nights of sleep! These beds are recycled and delivered free of charge to families in need. We are the only organization in the Kansas City who is focused solely on this mission.
