- Manage 3 line telephone system, responding to various internal and external inquiries, routing to appropriate employee.
- Performs estimating functions with direct oversight from Estimator(s).
- Manage bid schedule, download & print plans.
- Solicit & manage vendor quotes.
- Provide a consistent customer service experience with subs and vendors.
- Organizes and maintains the organizational content in the CRM database.
- Responds to various information requests from staff and provides timely delivery of information.
- Trains new employees on system and organizational files.
