Provided monthly status updates, conducted CRIM training for new records owners and served as the Finance Change Ambassador during the implementation of OnPointe for Messaging. Ended 2015 with 100% compliance rate for Finance.
Business Continuity (BC) Assistant Coordinator: Worked with the Finance Coordinator to facilitate the timely execution of each phase of BC Planning (Program Review and Initiation, Business Impact Analysis, Vulnerability Assessments, Plan Development and Maintenance, Plan Testing). Provided guidance and coaching to the Finance Planners on navigating the Archer GRC application. Instrumental in meeting Finance's goal of 100% compliance for 2015.
Compliance Training Coordinator: Learning portal administrator. Established the Annual Finance Compliance Training schedule, deployed the required courses in the Learning Portal, created the annual calendar for distribution and disseminated all compliance training related communication to Finance teammates. Monitored courses for completion, escalating any non-compliance issues to senior leadership. Ended 2015 with a 99% completion rate and a 100% compliance rate.
