Summary

Masters in International Business (Major- Global Supply Chain) having an overall experience of around ~5 years In India’s leading multinationals with expertise in sourcing & procurement of Raw material for Pharma, FMCG and Food & Beverages industries for Regulated and Unregulated markets.

A few of from my past and present incumbents are with a few leading organizations such as Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., British Petroleum & Bira91.

My aim is to work for a highly specialized solution oriented team which can exploit the best or my ardour for responsibilities, society, management research & knowledge based solution with special preference to work and pass my legacy to my predecessors.

Instead of using the customary corporate language, I would rather describe myself as a man having a Psychologist’s patience & comfort in dealing with people; a Lawyer’s wisdom to understand the details of the subject, in replete with nuances; a Surgeon’s precision in execution of the plan.

My strength is my ability to mix easily with people while maintaining the professional boundaries and my interpersonal skills.
I am very much of a logical thinker and always try to prove myself an asset to a company.

1. Effective analysis of MRP output for requirements. Extracting data from SAP and planning requirements. Considering factors like Inventory, Lot Size, lead time and vendor capacity and servicing determining net requirements.
2. Coordinating with planning, Scheduling, PDL, Production, DRA, R&D, Suppliers and Mkt. for timely launch of new products packs by making all required resources available.
3. Regular analysis of inventory to maintain within the budgeted norms and monitoring material ageing , shelf life expiration, rejections, controlling and arranging salvage of same.
4. Effective negotiation skills with strong analytical, problem solving abilities, good understanding of pharma manufacturing, Knowledge of contracting, commercial laws, costing and Inventory value analysis and Logistics management methods and techniques.
5. To look after raw material (RM) at Ranbaxy- Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) plant. This plant is dedicated for formulation export to US & EU.
6. To look after (RM) of US & EU exhibit batches for R&D and coordinating with Process Development Laboratories for new specifications and developing and maintaining relationship with vendors.
7. To arrange R.M. vendor quality and technical documents for regulated markets.
