Primary Role :
1. Administering dialler technology for 6 countries.
2. Appropriate pacing of dialler to route calls to collectors.
3. Implementing changes to calling lists / strategies as per the requirements specified by the countries.
4. Preparing dialler reports on a daily basis & sharing with stakeholders to assist them on the count of accounts in each product & bucket for the day.
Secondary Role :
1. Was appointed the point person to overlook & manage migration documents for 6 countries.
2. Involved extensively in preparing presentations for stakeholders both in group & countries.
3. Involved extensively in the preparation of monthly service review meeting documents & the service review meeting calls held between the dialler hub & the 6 countries.
4. Responsible for developing dialler KPI's by taking feedback form the stakeholders in group.
5. Responsible for populating the dialler KPI's on a monthly basis & showcasing the areas of potential improvement to countries.
