Sr Analyst-; Outsourcing Operations Project & Role Description Manage Direct Tax Programme is themed on integrating automating and streamlining Tax Provisioning and regulatory reporting for its global operations, it is a tool-set developed(using SAP BI-BO, MS-SSIS, and Longview) to automate shell's direct tax calculations leading to creation of a TAX data-warehouse Primarily responsible for offshore Build, Test & Deploy efforts for change, enhancements & upgrades requests. Key contributor in Testing, Implementation and Migration for US TAX application on boarding to MDT Program. Have successfully lead various types of testing efforts such as Integration, Regression, Live Environment simulation, like for like, MSX-2010 and Citrix Server migration testing. Responsible for providing Build & Test efforts estimation and timelines to DV team for client charging & ETA's.
