·Involved in the analysis of the Client, Position, Location, Rate offered, Skills required, Scope of the project, etc.
·In-depth Knowledge on US- Contract terms, Taxation, Health plans, Visa Status, Job types, Recruiting lifecycle and Job boards.
·Filed proper reference checks for completion of the placement.
·Recruitment of employee for Miracle Software and training them to be experts in the respective roles. Recruitment involves screening on Subject knowledge, communication and attitude.
