Working as a Project Manager was one of the highlights of my career to date. The job was rewarding and satisfying both financially and professionally. However, due to a move away from the London area the commute of 2 hours each way every day proved to be too much.

The decision to take up the role of a Teaching Assistant was twofold.Firstly my journey through IVF was just about to start. This is a very long and stressful process in which external pressures can pose a threat to the success of the treatment. The role of a Teaching Assistant while challenging is not a highly charged environment and is a job which you can ‘leave at the door’ when returning home in the evening.Secondly, I was interested in seeking out a possible new career path as a teacher.

Giving this a years’ trial has proven to me that I am not interested in pursuing a career as a teacher. While I truly appreciate what teacher’s do, this is not for me.

Having been lucky enough to have my little boy I am now preparing to return to work.I am looking for a part time opportunity that will stretch me to my full potential once again.

Anita is an extremely well organised and self-motivated individual who is driven to deliver. She plans well and manages tasks to timescale. Capable of multi-tasking she is well able to work on multiple projects at one time and keep her eye on the right priorities. Anita also builds excellent relationships with individuals to assist her in her stakeholder management

Saranjit Soor

Anita is a fantastic addition to any team. Her energy and enthusiasm are boundless, which helps when she builds the key relationships required for her to succeed. I have seen her grow from a change analyst when I hired her to a capable project manager who delivers great results. I would not hesitate to hire her again

Damian Ward

Anita is a highly driven Project Manager with the delivery goal always in mind. She is thorough in her approach and cuts straight to the chase, calling out issues or problems when they arise and does everything she can to overcome them. She is very personable and good fun to work with, and created a really strong team ethic. I would happily work with Anita again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her
