Coordinate database management for three active databases containing information covering scholarship program period 1987 to 2000. Annual application level range from 2,000 to 2,760 (between the months of November and February), from 177 countries, and in four languages (English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese). Daily updating and management required for each database.
Database management activities: entering, extracting and reporting data; ensuring the integrity of the database for modules (administrative, work program, operational, etc.); and keeping abreast of all system developments and changes in procedures. Maintains and manipulates computerized database and spreadsheets, and develops spreadsheet formats for specific project reporting activities. Collects data from secondary sources, enters into database, transfer data from one source to another to allow analysis or presentation. Train other staff in database applications and usage.
