Debt Manager(Credit Card)

Job responsibilities include

  • Handling 605 delinquent customer of credit card in Rajasthan  with a portfolio of INR 2.50 crore.
  • Handling Rajasthan credit card flows from 30 DPD(Days Past Due) to 150 DPD(Days Past Due).
  • Leading a team of 23 FOS(Feet on Street) of 7 Agencies of cards collection across Rajasthan.
  • Co-ordination with Central team for resolving customer issues and for better relation with customer.
  • Develop and Setup new agencies or co-ordinate with branch where agencies are not there to decrease delinquency of customer.
  • Top in DSMG(Debt Service management Group) cards flows premier league for three consecutive months.
  • Develop new business area for credit card collection in Alwar,Bhilwara and Bhiwari.
  • Named in DSMG Heroes for maintaining healthy relation with customer and sensitive towards customer grievances.
  • Customer interaction on daily basis to understand their problem,work on issues and resolve the same in minimal time.
