I looked after the business development and marketing for 6 plants and a turnover of INR 550 crore plus. I not only increased the market penetration but also more than doubled the revenue in three years. Notable Accomplishments: The sales more than doubled in just over 3 years. Set up machine shop with revenue of INR 150 crore as a green field-machining project. Revamped the entire department and aligned to be customer centric. Worked with the customer from drawing board and to be the preferred supplier.

I looked after the JV Company of Tyco Electronics, US($12 billion) and Leoni Germany, involved in the JV Company since inception-the project stage and successfully implemented the Project of commissioning the new plant. Established a lean organisation hiring, training, motivating, and retaining a team of committed individuals to grow and secure the position of being cost effective and highly quality conscious supplier within the Leoni World. Notable Accomplishments: Established company and plant from scratch as 100% EOU. Building organisation culture and capability.
